Shipping charges

Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs. These rates are never surcharged or inflated — they are calculated directly by the courier based on the exact weight of your package (as set by the product weight at checkout). The full amount goes to the courier, and WithGraceVeil does not profit from shipping costs at all.

For Canadian customers, orders over $100 CAD qualify for free shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Canada: 3–9 business days via Purolator
USA: 5-14 business days 
International: 8–15 business days
(Please note: Shipping times may vary slightly due to orders volume, holidays, customs, or courier delays.)

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing them well in advance. If you didn’t select express shipping or need to make changes, feel free to reach out to us at info@withgraceveil.com 💌

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! If ever your country does not display at check-out, reach out to us via e-mail info@withgraceveil.com and/or instagram @withgraceveil. All additonal taxes, customs, imports duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Do we cover customs and duties for international orders?

All customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer! 

What if I refuse to pay the customs and duties?

Please be aware that all customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If these fees are refused upon your package’s arrival, WithGraceVeil cannot issue a refund of your order or cover the charges. WithGraceVeil is run entirely by one Muslim woman from home, and taking on these unexpected costs is simply not possible. I know this might be frustrating, but I truly value your understanding and continued support.

My package got lost/stolen.

Lost Package: All our packages are insured and come with a tracking number. If your package is lost during transit, please get in touch with us, and we can get it sorted out for you.

Stolen Package: Once a package is successfully delivered to your address, we are not responsible for missing/stolen packages. Furthermore, If you had entered an incorrect address, but never got in touch with us or the courrier company to correct it, we are not responsible for the incorrect address it got delievered to. 

Do you ship to the USA?

Due to recent changes where the de minimis rule has been removed under Trump, you'll have to cover all duties, tariffs, and taxes charged at the border. Shipping will be handled as usual, but these additional fees remain the customer’s responsibility to regularly check on the UPS website by inserting their tracking number.

Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to regularly check the tracking number provided. At times, the courier may require an action on your part (such as scheduling a pick-up or confirming delivery details).

If this happens, you must reach out to the courier company directly to arrange the pick-up or delivery of your package.

Please note: If the customer does not monitor their tracking and the courier decides to return the package to the sender’s address, the customer will be required to re-pay the shipping fees in order for the package to be re-sent.

We kindly ask you to stay on top of your tracking updates to avoid any delays or additional costs 🌸

I already placed my order — can I add or remove items?

Scenario A: Your order hasn’t shipped yet
If your order is still being processed, feel free to email us at info@withgraceveil.com with the changes you'd like to make. We’ll gladly update your order before it ships!

Scenario B: Your order has already shipped
Once your order has been dispatched, we’re no longer able to make edits. If you'd like to add more items, you can place a new order. 

No matter the case, don’t hesitate to reach out at info@withgraceveil.com — we’re always happy to help!

I’d like to cancel my order — how can I proceed?

If you’re just looking to make changes to your order, you don’t need to cancel it. Simply refer e-mail info@withgraceveil.com.

However, if you do wish to cancel your order entirely, please email us as soon as possible at info@withgraceveil.com with your request.

⚠️ Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, nor can the items be refunded OR returned.

What’s your return/exchange policy?

All hijab sales are currently final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, (defective items put on sale are not included). Please contact us within 8 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to make things right. For full details, see our Refund Policy 💗

When will my order be shipped?

Our order processing time is 2–3 business days, but it may vary depending on how busy we are.

How do I care for my hijab?

Please refer to our Care Instructions page for full details. But in short — no washing machines! Hand wash gently and always handle with grace. 🌸

Are the beads secure?

Yes! Our hand-beaded hijabs are carefully reinforced for both elegance and durability. But they still deserve tender love — follow our Care Instructions to keep them looking their best ✨
